Preparing for your Appointment
To ensure your visit runs smoothly, please bring the following:
- Your doctor’s referral.
- Comfortable clothes and running shoes in case you are required to complete a stress echocardiogram.
- Any recent blood tests you have had, if they haven’t already been sent through to Sydney Heart Health Clinic
We accept payment by credit card (preferred) or cash. Please note that we do not bulk bill.

Attending the clinic
Patients can help us deliver the best possible care by following a few simple guidelines:
- Provide a valid referral provided by your General Practitioner. This will ensure you can claim Medicare rebates and inform the cardiologist of the background to your condition.
- Your last pathology results
- If you’ve seen a cardiologist before we will need their last letter and report and any relevant cardiology reports done. These include:
- Coronary Artery Calcium Score
- CT Calcium Score
- Stress echo/Echo
- Angiogram
This will ensure we are not chasing up these results on the day and we can use your appointment time efficiently.

Parking and Public Transport
There is plenty of 2-hour street parking available near the clinic, along with an underground council car park attached to our building complex, accessible via Milray Street.
If you are using public transport, Lindfield train station is within walking distance from the clinic.
